1. About FinFam Cooperative Society

FinFam Cooperative Society (“FinFam”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a registered cooperative association established to promote financial collaboration among its members through savings, loans, capacity development and investment opportunities within the limits of cooperative law. FinFam is not a bank, insurance company, or mortgage institution.

2. Membership Eligibility

To become a member: You must meet cooperative membership requirements Provide accurate information Complete registration and verification Agree to comply with cooperative policies Maintain active participation Membership approval is subject to management and board review.

3. Nature of Services

FinFam provides: Member savings programs Cooperative lending (loans to members only) Group investment initiatives Financial education and support Welfare assistance FinFam does not offer services to the general public.

4. Member Responsibilities

Every member agrees to: Provide truthful information Update personal details Use services lawfully Repay loans as agreed Abide by cooperative rules and resolutions Protect account access credentials Fraud, misuse, or deceit may lead to suspension or termination.

5. Savings and Withdrawals

5. Savings and Withdrawals Contributions are voluntary unless stated otherwise Withdrawal is subject to cooperative rules Emergency withdrawals may require approval Interest/profit sharing is not guaranteed

6. Loans & Recovery

6. Loans & Recovery Loans: Are issued subject to approval Require guarantors or collateral (where necessary) Attract service charges or interest as approved Must be repaid as scheduled Default may result in: Sanctions Legal recovery Loss of benefits Deductions from savings or dividends

We also have the right to disclose your identity to any third party who is claiming that any content posted or uploaded by you to our site constitutes a violation of their intellectual property rights, or of their right to privacy. We have the right to remove any posting you make on our site if, in our opinion, your post does not comply with the content standards set out in these terms.
